I've done a 3D Render scene of each cutie mark in their own feature. This time I tossed them all together for a quick showcase. Also, here's a quick 12 second video of them [link] .
Final render time was a little over 24 hours for this single frame.
Volumetric lights do not mix well with Anti-Aliasing.
It's actually really easy to create. In Cinema 4D, it's just a material with Reflection and Bump checked, with the bump texture option on Water. Tune the settings and you get this. It can also be animated no problem. Although it does eat render times. Anti-Aliasing really helps clean up the water, but starts to tack on minutes to hours of render time.
But with a pony would look better ^^
Anyway,
Thanks for the information.
